Perbandingan antara Latihan Zig-Zag Run dan Shuttle Run Terhadap Kemampuan Dribbling pada Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Sepakbola SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau

Abstract
 This study aims to determine the difference in effect of zig-zag run and shuttle training on dribbling ability soccer extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. used an experimental method using two groups that received different treatments. Experimental group A with zigzag treatment B treatment. The population is all football Lubuklinggau totaling 20 people. sampling technique was divided into by simple random sampling. research data collection a test. analysis steps normality test, homogeneity t results pretest tcount < ttable 1.894 <2.82 are homogeneous. It can be concluded Ho accepted Ha rejected. post-test > 3.649> 2.82. conclusion there significant games between students who take part activities Lubuklinggau.
